Esta pega em crochet foi um presente que ofereci à minha Mãe no Dia da Mãe. Achei que a flor ia alegrar-lhe a cozinha ao cumprir a sua função. Tem um design muito astucioso, visto que as pétalas dão à pega uma espessura extra. As instruções do modelo original estão aqui, mas não deixem de consultar também esta explicação ilustrada com fotografias, ajuda bastante! Para fazer esta pega utilizei fio de algodão e uma agulha de crochet de 3,5mm. Também fiz um círculo para a parte de trás e juntei ambos os lados com ponto baixíssimo.

This crochet pot holder was a gift to my Mother on Mother's Day. I though this blooming flower would brighten up her kitchen while being useful. This is a great pattern, very cleverly designed, as the pretty flower petals give the pot holder extra thickness. You can find the original pattern here, but I think you may also want take a look to this tutorial here, it helps a lot! For this pot holder I used some cotton thread and a 3,5mm hook. I also crocheted a circle for the back of the pot holder and slipped stitched both sides together.
